Welcome

My professional comic and manga career began five years ago, after coming second in the 2006 IMAF competition in the Print/Comic category with a spin off from my long running webcomic, Instrument of War.

In 2007 my self-penned espionage tale November was published in the Mammoth Book of Best New Manga, Vol. 2. The following year I went on to produce the artwork for Macbeth in SelfMadeHero’s acclaimed Manga Shakespeare series, with November also being serialized in full colour for the Vietnamese market in the same year.

Since then I have produced full artwork on The Golden Tiger and Nemesis for Rubicon Canada, and an issue of Transformers: All Hail Megatron for IDW. An early career high saw me write and draw my very own strip, Spectrum Black, for the DFC.

More recently I have been working on a series of animated webcomics for the Code of Everand online game and tackling colouring duties on the Eye Classics adaptations of A Tale of Two Cities and Le Morte D’Arthur for SelfMadeHero. June 2011 will see the release of Pride & Prejudice (again as part of SelfMadeHero’s Eye Classics range) with full artwork duties by me and an adapted script by Ian Edginton.

I live and work in Lincolnshire and operate a completely digital workflow, using a combination of AutoDesk Sketchbook Pro, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and a Wacom Cintiq 21UX, running on a 21.5”iMac.
